Year 4 Enjoy Brilliant Football Tournament at Liverpool Academy
Year 4 pupils had a fantastic morning taking part in a football tournament at Liverpool Academy, organised by Freedom Football. The children were very excited to play at such an impressive venue and represent our school.
Eight schools from across Warrington took part in the event, with our team playing four matches during the tournament. The pupils showed great effort and enthusiasm in every game, working well together as a team and supporting one another throughout.
Their determination and positive attitude really stood out, and they played some excellent football across all of their matches.
The morning finished in the best possible way as Year 4 reached the Liverpool Club Championships final and were crowned winners against Bradshaw 10-2! This was a great achievement and a fantastic reward for their teamwork, resilience and sportsmanship.
A big thank you to Pete and the team at Freedom Football for organising such a great event and for their continued support with coaching our pupils.
